Dear Customer,
As of January 1st, 2007 Objet Geometries Inc. the manufacturer of the Eden 3-D printers assumes responsibility for the distribution of the Eden 3-D printer and their associated resins.
In order to ensure a smooth ordering and fulfillment process, please find below the procedure that Objet Eden customers in North America should follow, starting January 1st 2007.

Resin Ordering
- PO should be issued to Objet Geometries Inc.
- PO’s or Objet Order Forms should be submitted to Objet Inc. using one of the following methods:

- NOTE: For reference please be advised that the Objet Geometries Inc. office is located at 5 Fortune drive, Billerica, MA. 01821. Systems, Resins and other items will be shipped to you from Objet's Logistics Center in Chicago, IL.
- Upon receipt and approval of the order at Objet Inc.’s office, an order confirmation will be issued and sent to you, no later than 1 business day.
- The goods will be shipped within 48 hours from PO placement.
- Objet's logistics center will use Objet’s or the customer’s forwarder account number. A packing list will accompany the shipment.
- Following the shipment you will receive, by email from Objet’s office, the tracking number as well as copy of the Invoice. The original invoice will be sent to you by regular post.
